Hawwww-lo! Welcome friends and family to the first ever edition of I’m All Ears, my personal donkey diary.
First off, allow me to introduce myself. I am Mr. Chips, the original long-eared resident of Exodus Farms. I am a BLM burro who came to live at this wonderful place many years ago with my friend George.
I have many names and nic-names around here, but mostly they call me the listening donkey.
Why? Because that’s what I do best! You see, I AM all ears! And my-oh-my do I love to have them scratched and rubbed. Even better than that I love to use them to listen to the hearts of the kiddos who visit here.
I’m a very good listener, which is why I decided that maybe it was time to start keeping a diary.
After all, there’s an awful lot going on around the farm to share!
So if you would like to keep up to date with what I’m hearing-and seeing! Feel free to read along.
I’ll be needing some help writing since hooves don’t hold pens very well, but I’ve been told we’ll sort that all out. Word has it that Flash the mini has managed to wrangle the red-headed girl here at the farm to write for him, so we’ll see how it goes.
Braying you are blessed,
-Mr. Chips
