Haaaawww-lo again, and welcome to the second ever edition of “I’m All Ears”!! Mr. Chips here again to share with you all the latest news I’m hearing around the farm!
These last few weeks have been rather noisy here at the ranch, and from what I hear, it’s for good reason!
First there was a lot of banging, then a lot of pounding, followed by some odd grunting that made me think maybe we had recently acquired pigs, but alas, it was just the hoomans.
Subsequently I have acquired some new neighbors…. And evidently one of them thinks that he is a contractor! The minis have moved in to their new accommodations and though I’ve tried to inform Flash otherwise he insists on his version of helping as we wrap up all the banging and clanging.
In other news my barn got a fresh coat of paint- as did my nose when I mistakenly touched it! A huge TH-AAAAAANK YOUuuuu to our VCFamily friends for spiffying everything up! It looks Be-Aaaautiful! And we Aaa-ppreciate you all very much!
Speaking of the minis again real quik, lately I’ve noticed our other resident long-ear, Festus (The Pest- oops! BESTEST) getting some driving practice around the ranch, and in addition to that, I’ve noticed a strange two-wheeled vehicle has been making laps around the property with none other than Flash attached to it! Word is some of us are successfully driving, though I thought driving was what the hoomans do with the green food truck so I’m a little confused. If you ask me, Flash, LilyBelle, and Millie should ditch the two-wheeled thing that pulls humans, and opt for the 4 wheeled thing that delivers food! We could call it FlashDash!!!!!
Guess I’ll have to endear myself to them so they are inclined to make frequent stops at my paddock… As always my standard order is a flake of lush grass hay with a side of clean water, a carrot, and two cookies for dessert…. Just so you know.
